Exclusions
We publicly report the holdings in companies and countries of most of our investment funds. On the Delta Lloyd Asset Management website, information about the financial performance, the investment policy and the positioning of each fund can be found. By clicking on the "Positioning" tab ('Positionering', this part of the website is momenterally only available in Dutch), an overview of the top 10 investments (in size) within each fund can be found, and in many cases also a full portfolio overview is published.

Global Compact Principles
Delta Lloyd Asset Management uses input from the independent research agency Sustainalytics to identify companies that are involved in controversial business practices. This research is based upon the United Nations Global Compact principles, ten universal principles in the area of human rights, labour, the environment and anticorruption.

Delta Lloyd Asset Management excludes companies that repeatedly or seriously violate these principles.

Controversial weapons
Controversial weapons are weapons that cause disproportionate numbers of (often civilian) victims, have severe effects and that do not discriminate between military and civilian targets. The effects of these weapons can be noticed years after they have been used.

Delta Lloyd strongly disapproves of the production of, the trade in and/or the use of controversial weapons. We exclude companies that are involved in the production and development of controversial weapons.

Delta Lloyd excludes the following types of controversial weapons:

1. Anti-personnel mines
2. Biological weapons
3. Chemical weapons
4. Cluster weapons
5. Depleted uranium
6. White phosphorus
7. Nuclear weapons
