Each institutional client is assigned an account manager who is responsible for your account. The account manager will represent your interests when dealing with the relevant internal departments and serve as your contact person and sparring partner. The account manager will also assign a client portfolio manager.
How is the customer services organised?
Your account manager is responsible for formulating a specific investment assignment with a clear benchmark. Naturally this is done in close consultation with you, based on your wishes, requirements and assets.
Your client portfolio manager is responsible for your investment portfolio according to the desired risk-return and capital-charge profile. He or she also manages the broad outlines of your portfolio, including asset allocation, within the set guidelines. The both will oversee regular evaluations and periodically report to you on performance.
‘It’s a combination of well-managed mandates, helpful account managers and a willingness to answer questions.’
